The only thing I love about my legs is my thigh gap. Everything else is just fat, especially my calves and thighs.
I’m on my period and I’m craving for chocolate. Ugh. I should work out right now but I feel sick. Maybe I’ll go roller blading for 20 minutes or longer. And tonight I’m going to walk. For today, just a light work out. Tomorrow I’m going to the gym, to work my ass off.
Just going back to the eating less, work out more schedule. I always fall back, I hate it. I always fail at sticking to it. FML
Yesterday I ran 4,5 km and today I worked out at the gym. And I went shopping for an hour. My body feels so sore right now. But I’ll get skinny, this month I’m giving absolutely everything. My thighs and calves are still so fat. They look disgusting. I need to slim them down before summer, I want to feel good in shorts.
Any advice? I try to walk and run as much as I can.
Well this is me. I’m working on my body since Christmas. I’ve never been really fat but my legs were a lot bigger and my stomach was never flat. Now I’ve a flat stomach, and my legs are skinnier. Still not satisfied though. Oh, today I was wearing a GLEE shirt and I wanted to show the shirt to a friend. So that explains the weird picture. Anyone with tips for my body? Maybe healthy dinner advice?
I really hate my fat hips. I hate hate hate them. And my fat calves. Disgusting ugh.
